Once operations team reviews this entry necessary approvals from Business Development Team, Sales Team, Finance Team, Operations Team, COO are taken from the system.
Unique options like Diary, Thread and Chat management allows robust communication flow and document management.
Auto triggering of requisite emails and SMS at critical trigger points can be defined by the administrator to provide failsafe alerts. An option to refer the structure/tie-up to CAMS and Karvy is also available.
IMS is a thin client based solution used by 1000+ users across various locations and is developed using latest Microsoft technologies like ASP.Net 4.0, MVC, WCF, SQL Server 2008 R2, AJAX, JQuery, SSRS and SSIS.
